✅ Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

• Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

• You notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

• Items purchased on sale or discount

• Customized or stitched articles

• Accessories, due to hygiene reasons

• Change of mind after order delivery

🔁 Exchange Process

1. 📩 Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp or email

2. 📸 Share photos of the item and describe the issue

3. 📦 Send the item back (you will bear courier charges)

4. 🔄 Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your exchange item within 3–5 working days

💳 Refunds

Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request an exchange or store credit (valid for 3 months) if eligible.
