We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

🔁 Exchange Process

📸 Share photos of the item and describe the issue

📦 Send the item back (you will bear courier charges)

🔄 Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your exchange item within 3–5 working days

Currently, we do not offer refunds. However, you can request an exchange or store credit (valid for 3 months) if eligible.
